Payment Method

Unfortunately, no. You can order through our Furnishing website and ecommerce platforms such as Shopee & Lazada.

All orders are debited at the time of the transaction. We will take full payment for the item at checkout on the day of purchase.

When we receive your order, we’ll order your items from our suppliers. Parcel deliveries will be delivered within the stated delivery time and will not be booked-in in advance. For more details on delivery, please see the Delivery section of these FAQs.

Once your order has been processed, it is not possible for us to make any changes or cancel your order. If you decide to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by WhatsApp at (+65 8845 9665) any time before your shipment is processed to avoid incurring additional charges (20% of final payment).

We will need to know the name the order was placed in, your order number, the item(s) you wish to cancel and the reason for cancellation. If your order has already been delivered and you wish to send it back, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Large items are delivered directly to your home in specially equipped furniture lorry and are carried in by delivery staff. You will receive a phone call or an email to agree a time convenient to you at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Smaller items may be delivered by a courier service

Expected delivery times are visible on checkout page on the website. These times can be used as an indicator for how long it will take to receive the product(s). Most products are delivered within 35 days, depending upon the item ordered and the manufacturer.

We will keep customers informed if there is any delay on the expected delivery time of goods that has previously been included within the product page on the website.

We are delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING within Singapore, ensuring that your purchases reach you with no additional shipping charges or fees. Shop with confidence and enjoy our free delivery. In order to be eligible for complimentary delivery, your delivery address should be reachable via an elevator (i.e., located on the same floor as the lift landing) or situated on the identical level as the goods loading/unloading area.

A $50.00 delivery surcharge will be imposed in addition to the applicable delivery fees for every delivery made to the following locations:

Unfortunately, we have no control over any delays that can occur within the courier, we do work extremely hard with our couriers to ensure that all orders are delivered on time. Do not hesitate to contact us on and our dedicated team will help get this resolved for you 🙂

If the order hasn’t been dispatched then we will be able to change for you (Please text us as soon as possible!). Once the order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to have the delivery stopped.

Should the items you have purchased all be dispatched with the same courier, these should be delivered altogether however it isn’t guaranteed. We will always try and keep the number of deliveries to a minimum.

As a part of our commitment to quality, we provide you with a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects for all of our products.

If, in the unlikely event your item develops a manufacturing defect, we ask that you provide us with as much detail and documentation on the issue as possible so that we can assess and investigate the issue. We will then work with you to offer a suitable resolution.

  1. Order ID/Number & Name
  2. Images of the condition of the box
  3. Images of the product as well as close-ups of the damage/defect
  4. Description of how the defect developed/how the product was used

Return Policy

At Furnishing, we offer a 14 days returns policy. Please ensure that your return requests are made within 14 days from the date you receive the item. In order to initiate the returns process, please contact us via Whatsapp or by emailing on with your name, order number and any details you can provide. Our team will then provide you with the return address to which your item needs to be sent to.

Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect your products carefully for any damage before assembling the item together. All quality-related issues must be reported to our Customer Service Team within 14 days of delivery. Once we have received and inspected the item, the refund will take place within 14 working days.
