At Furnishing, we offer a 14 days returns policy. Please ensure that your return requests are made within 14 days from the date you receive the item. In order to initiate the returns process, please contact us via Whatsapp or by emailing on hello@furnishing.com.sg with your name, order number and any details you can provide. Our team will then provide you with the return address to which your item needs to be sent to.

Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect your products carefully for any damage before assembling the item together. All quality-related issues must be reported to our Customer Service Team within 14 days of delivery. Once we have received and inspected the item, the refund will take place within 14 working days.

The returns policy is subject to the following conditions being adhered to:

  • In brand-new condition. (We only accept returned items that are still in brand-new, unused and resalable condition. On inspection, if your returned item has any scratches, stains, damages, or any form of modifications we will not accept the return. We reserve the right not to refund a product that, in our opinion, has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear and misuse.)
  • In original packaging. (For all returns, we require that the item is sent back in the original packaging.)

A few items can’t be returned, including:

  • Clearance items
  • Customized items (Sofa, Dining Table, Bed Frame)
  • Items marked “Non-returnable” on product page
  • Assembled / disassembled products
  • Without original packaging / serious damage to the original packaging
  • Items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund & be rejected on delivery to our return address.

Please note: 

  • Once your order has been processed, it is not possible for us to make any changes or cancel your order.
  • If you return an item that does not meet the above requirements for return, we reserve the right to reject the return, as well as any request for a refund.
  • If you decide to change or cancel your order, please contact us any time before your shipment is processed to avoid incurring additional charges (20% of final payment).

How to return the items?

  • Contact us via Whatsapp or by emailing on hello@furnishing.com.sg
  • Send us a copy of your original order confirmation, provide pictures & video evidence clearly showing everything received.
  • Package the Item(s). Please ensure all parts are in the original packing way.
  • It is absolutely FREE OF CHARGE to return the products if the items is damage/faulty.
  • You would need to cover the return shipping cost if there are no quality issues involved.
  • Furnishing may charge for additional fees during the return process. Charges including staircase delivery surcharge & location surcharge.

How will i be refunded?

  • Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours of receiving successful return/refund requests. The time it takes to process your refund will depend on the payment method used for your order. Normally takes 5-10 working days.
  • The refund amount will include only such amount which you have paid for and will not include the value of any discount, rebate or promotion that you did not pay for.
